Simply notify MTS - LOZ staff of any cleaning concerns you experience within (1) one business day of receiving services or upon immediate arrival of yourself or a guest to the property.
Once alerted, a member of our cleaning team will work with you to ensure all issues have been adequately addressed in good faith efforts.

Knowing your property is protected against damages caused by the cleaning company can make a world of difference when it comes to peace of mind.
MTS - LOZ is fully insured in the event one of our staff or our procedures results in liability for damages.

Maid to Serve -LOZ understands cleaning services aren't always a luxury and every client is unique.
Because you may be unable to clean for any number of reasons; disinterest, disability, distance, or time, we want to help!
Currently, our company uses the following guidelines when quoting new bids*:
- $60.00 Minimum (Regardless of Room** Count)
- $8.00 per regular sized individual room, smaller combos, or room sized outdoor area
- $10.00 per large or combined room (Great rooms, Kitchen/Dining Combo, etc.)
- $5.00 Per Bed (Strip/Wash/Make) or $2.00 Per Bed (Make Only)
- $5.00 Per Load of Towels (Wash/Dry/Fold Included)
- Total Count plus Round-up for Supplies and Gas (up to $9.00)
- Commercial Space Quotes Require On-Site Visit by a Team Member for pricing
* All bids are subject to change upon approval of the homeowner. Additional Services and Pricing to be discussed as needed.
**Rooms may be considered individually as either small or large. Groupings occur when there are smaller areas such as a laundry room and hallway that do not require great amounts of cleaning time. This may also look like a set of stairs if a home has three levels. Combined room counts are communicated within all bids.
