DEEP CLEAN/HOURLY
MTS - LOZ feels the crunch of inflation just like everyone else. Because of this, we work hard to keep our rates affordable for all.
Deep cleaning tasks from our à la carte menu are outside of routine cleaning packages and are available at an hourly rate of $30 per cleaning associate.
Other situations that may require an hourly rate basis may be those where a homeowner is unsure of their own needs at the time of service agreement or a prior agreement has been made between the property owner/manager regarding hourly assistance.
